SAUVIGNON
dry white wine


Vinification,fermentation and bottling are carried out on the estate.
The management of the vines through the seasons and the attention paid during the grape picking and vinification stages enable us to produce wine with constant quality.
Our « Côtes de Gascogne » are ready for the market soon after the harvest, in January. They are fruity, supple and harmonious.

Appellation: IGP Côtes de Gascogne

Grape Varieties: 100% Sauvignon

Vinification: Harvested and sorted in the vineyard. Immediately tanked to avoid any oxidation risks before maceration. Pressed and fermented in vats at low temperature.

Tasting: A pleasing wine well balanced between its delicate floral note and its minerality.

Serving suggestion: Ideal with seafood, white meat or cheddar cheese.

Storage: Serve chilled 8 - 10 °C.
Drink within 36 months of bottling.
